Ali Baluchi, a Saudi Aramco retiree himself, has attended reunions in the United States for more than 30 years. During the reunions, Ali often heard a common wish from his expatriate friends -- to return "home" and rekindle memories.

Ali took his friends requests to heart and in 2000 he hosted the first KSA Reunion. The reunion was overwhelming success, making so many wishes come true! Ali has taken up the challenge again and will host the 2nd KSA Reunion from March 9-18, 2009.

We have a wonderful trip planned for the reunion visitors. During the reunion we will have an array of events, activities, and celebrations to welcome you home!

We have a limit of 600 people to attend. To ensure your registration for the reunion and tour, you need to send a $100 per person deposit to our address below.

Organizing Committees
We have 5 teams which make up the organizing committee with Ali Baluchi being the Project Manager. Each team lead is responsible for coordinating the sub committees and volunteers within their team. We have over 100 volunteers dedicated to making your trip a success.

Overview of the Organizing Committee teams:

1. Administration (Laurie Kelsch) - correspondence, business operations, registration tracking, liaises with community services and government affairs, and data management.
   
2. Hospitality (Debbie Nanninga and Erika Irving) welcomes annuitants, handles logistics, is in charge of the Reunion House and coordinates sponsored meals.
   
3. Marketing (Cheri Saner) - manages all print and web materials, coordinates gifts and logo branding.
   
4. Program and Events (Kathy Owen) - coordinates all program and events, liaises with other committee areas to support planning and coordination.
   
5. Publicity (Linda Ksiazek) - manages all public relations and press releases, reunion historian, and manages all of the public messages.
